Communism and capitalism are forever opposing each other so I think Bush’s speech will not affect N.Korea much, it will only increase N.Korea’s stubbornness because if they accept US’s offer, it somehow make the feeling that communism wants to get along with capitalism. That is an absurd thought for N.Korea. I just hope that N.Korea will not blow up his mind and drop an nuclear bomb somewhere. Not again, Hiroshima and Takahashi sad history!!! It seems that the more developed a country is, the more its citizens seems to avoid exercise. Same problem takes place in Hong Kong, New York, Sydney ect… Many surveys have shown that people living in big cities are lazy to exercise. Maybe because they are too busy which leading to the fact that they refuse to exercise. However, exercise is good for our health out of question. Some people think that exercise is only for fat people. It is totally wrong! We need to exercise regularly to keep ourselves healthy. I do not think shopping is a good kind of exercise. Hii, I like the fish, look quite cute, doesn't it ( of course not as cute as real fish) I really admire Japanese for being so talented in making robots. In the future, what our lives will become if most of the work we do now like cleaning ,washing, even doing homework can be done by roboits in the future? In the fiction novels, people may htink of the crisis that robots will become so intelligent that they will control human. Can it be possible? We can not tell for technology is a double edge sword, it can help people to do more work. However, if we depend too much on robots and refuse to work, we will surely become slow and stupid. History of human proves that through labour, human's brain develops so if we just let the robots do all the labour work then our mind can not develop and a future of being controled by robots, yes, it sounds scary, but it will likely to happen. When I was small, I was very lazy ( now still lazy ^^) so I wish I could have a robot that helps me to do my homework but as i grow up, I find that thinking sometimes is quite fun and interesting. Poor the robots, even though they can solve many maths problems, I don not think they enjoy the satisfaction of solving it. Thanks God that we are human to enjoy our fruits of labour

I sympathize with the citizens's burdens in the difficult time of jobs. However, is it the only way to fight for what we want? As they protest and damage things, the disoder in social life will surely affeact the economy thus make finding jobs become even more difficult. Why? Maybe because human, especially Americans have the tendency to strive and strive and strive more by nature. As technology has helped them to solve some proplems, more problems will come out, for we all know that human never feel satisfied.For example: since computer has appeared with its wonderful benefits to have people work better, before, to arrange a data can take an accountant days to do, now Excel software has solved the problem, however, this doen not mean that the accountant need to do nothing now, it means that she has to do other which is supposed to be "greater" than what the computer can do ( arranging data). Being confronted by a new chalenge , that accountant need to be prepared or else she will feel being pressurized to adapt to new technology . As we all want to have a good job in the future I think considering what career should we do and why we choose it is very important. I know some people who regret a lot about their choices since university. They tried very hard to study in university and later found out that theirs choices are wrong so they have to start to study all over again to adjust to the job they like. Secondly, have you ever tried to discover what gifts you have? in Bible God said that everybody has a gift. Trust me, when you really try and not afraid of failure, you can not imagine what can you do. Fingding your gifts requires energy( you must try your best) ,effort and braveness and humility( you must sometimes admit that you are not good at these fields) and you need a bit of self esteem. I meet some people submerge themselves in self-reflection and when you tell them that they have some gift they will say : " Oh no, i am very useless, I do not have any gift at all". As I read this article, i feel a deep sorrow for people in Nigeria. Even their country now posesses the most wanted energy in the world, they are still desparately poor. As their government does not care a bit for them, they just want to exploit the poor. It reminds me of Africa, where there are many mines of diamonds, citizens here are also very poor because of corruptive government. As we look at economic perspective, we see how bad corruption can affect a country. The form president of Singapore, Mr Lee,who led this small island to grow up into an "Asian dragon" said that: " If you want to kill all the outside enemies, you must kill the inside enemies first ( he meant corruption)". Maybe 2003 is the year that no Chinese can forget, at this tiem, Mr Hu tried his best and called all the nation to eliminate corruption, for it is so obvious that corruption hinders a country from development. He brought the ministers that corrupted money of the citizens to the court without mercy ot afraid of being harmed by " confidential organizations" ( as we all know that the world of politicians nerver be peaceful and simple as it seems to be), I think that is one of the reansons why China is developing with an amazing speed. If we look at polititic and social perspective, especially for communist country, corruption destroys the beautiful imagine of a just, loving country that communists are trying to build up. As a Vietnamese , I admit that the people in my country are very upset with the government . When a farmer read the newspaper about the lastest corruption , he cried out in shock and anger: "My God, the car that this minister buys is worth of 5 buffaloes ( in a angricultural country like VietNam, we still use buffaloes for farming) " How ironic and bitter it is, a car just for enjoyment compared with a mean of living of poor farmers !!!!! It is a rule of life, when their is unjustice, there is rebellion. It can begin with just actions like stealing , destroying ( like what people in Nigeris did) but later, a piece of charcoal can causes a big flame. When people realise their rights and a good leader appears, a big revolution in country is totally inevitable!!!
In conclusion, corruption is an enemy of people in a country and reality shows what corruption can do the lives of people even if their country posseses the most wanted energy in the world. I just operate some facets of the prolems, the most important reason that causes corruption is people's standars of intergrity today. I leave this part for you to think. For me, personally, the bad standard of moral living in this corruptive world is the reason that leads to so many prolems. Do you think so ?

A famous predicted that : " World War III will be a war between religions". No one can say if this prediction would become true or not. However, the terrorism crisis has caused more and more fears and deaths of innocent people all over the world. I am a christian and i also love my God very very much but I think, Muslim who are causing terrors are just bluffing themselves for what is called " love for religion" . No religion teach its diciples to kill innocent people. In history, Catholics and Christians also used to fight a lot. Did Jesus command his diciples to kill other people for Him? obsolutly not, he commanded they to live and die for Him, not others and he also said: " If you love me, you do what i command" . It is clear now, they did it not because they love JEsus so much ( if they did, they'd rather reconcile ), they did it for their aggresion which is disguised for their fervant love for God or for their own motives : Queen Anna ( a christian) and Queen Eugine ( a catholic) of France used religion to fight with each other, to win the approval of citizens.
Same as the Muslim crisis now, i absolutely do not agree with their protest, this protest can not be justified. If you want to say that you love your God so much? then YOU should live for Him, and die for Him, not by killing other people . The world now has to face a new problem, more blood , offcourse, but do you know what the worst is? I quote this from BBC website: " Citizens in DenMark never expect that their small country would become the target of anger of Muslims" They are COMPLETELY INNOCENT, they do not even know what they did wrong, this shows how chaos the world now is, people die without knowing why!!!!!! One more time we recognize the power of words, words can kill.
*NOte: if anyone of you who reads this blog is Muslim, please know that i do not insult your religion, i respect your religion, what i want to say is the motive of these Muslims who are killing innocent people is wrong. Please please relax, ok? ^^ . Thank you very much

Make yourself indispensable ( The Straits Times Feb 7 2006)

This article reminds me of the film " A beautiful mind". Did you watch this film? Do you remember John Nash, the genius in film? He shocked all his friends and professors by declaring " John Smith is not as good as pigeons" why ? because the foundation of economics laid by John Smith more than 500 years ago was this: " If you want the group to progress, everyone must do the best for himself. However, by observing the way pigeons live, John said that : " No , the group can only progress if evryone does the best for the group and for himself". Now this theory has become the new foundation for modern economics. So, if you want to be dispensable, it does not mean that you must do something that extremely special or you must have some secure information ( like what the news said). As you noticed, each point of this article shows that you must cooperate with others. No one can do everything by his/herself. Your boss does not expect you to be perfect in everything. What he/she expects is that can you be humble and help to make perfection? Trust me, not many people can do that, people nowadays are stucked in the desire to be the best. You can have many brilliant workers for that project, but where can we find a worker to be devoted to help others to complete the project? That's it. that is what make you indispensable : humility in work. What do you think

Oh" such a fool" when you read this article, you may groan out . However, I consider this small article reveals a great great danger. Who knows? He did have the desire to be a " hero", the terorrists just need to provoke a bit more then I am afraid another bombing suicide will take place. When the desire of being special and noticed goes wrong way, teenagers can do many things like these. There is a famous saying : " If there is no fire, there would be no smoke". How do the adults affect this student? As a teenager, his mind is still very vulnerable , he needs direction but where could he find? in this chaotic world? No way! Perharps I do not live long enough to say this but as a 17 year-old teenager, I admit that this world has become more and more selfish, peope just think for themselves. They disguise their bad motives by flowery talks ( something like" i fight for the world's peace", hallo, is he not the one who caused war?). The border between right and wrong seems to be so dim now. Everything get mixed up. If you are wise and stand firm, that is very good but what if you are deceived by the great great imagine of being a "hero"? Perharps you would act like this student.
I do not know how long will this chaos of terrorism will end. However, there are enough innocent victims die for nothing already. As teenagers, instead of giving in or being ignorant of this prolems? what can we do? Let us start to think about it, let the ball rolling!!!!
